ABOUT

BC FIT is a Fun and Intense Training session which includes Boxing, Muscle Toning, Tabata (HIIT), Cardio, Core Strength and Stretching and offers an all round body workout for yourself, family and friends.  Tell us what you want to work on (cardio capacity, stronger legs, toned arms, stronger abs) and we will make sure we incorporate it in our sessions.

BC FIT was created to encourage people to get outside and exercise after a hard working day, especially those who sit at a desk on a computer for a high percentage of the day.  Rather than spending the day feeling flat and lethargic, it is my aim to get people out and about after work and feeling energetic so when they get home, they feel like doing a lot more than just sitting on the couch and watching TV.  It is also a great way to meet new people and improve your fitness and wellbeing in a great city location.

Exercising will also make it easier to get through the next working day and can help stop that 3.30itis.

Do you enjoy doing obstacle course races or want to give one a go? I cater for people interested in taking part in fun and team bonding events such as Tough Mudder, True Grit, Spartan and Operation Blackhawk.
